I have had the same thing. This is a level 30 item so #1 the utility seems really high to me for that level of item and #2 you can notice it has +11 Acuity and +12 Acutiy.

I have the same problem. Solo nightshade in Killaloe. No gold and no drops for all kills in RVR.
