Closing since this is more of a suggestion than a bug.

This will be fixed by next topic. Healer celerity and Skald celerity wont coexist since they are currently both considered Short buffs. It is possible that we in the future will make a new category to remedy this but for now consider it intended. The coexisting celerity will be charge + healer/chant...

Are you making a bug report that our pets don't stutter step and instead run fluidly?
It will not cast the spell while on CD, when spell is on CD it will melee.
