I dont know how much detail you need but heres how an admin could recreate it

Create a stealther
i50 with 5RA pts for vanish
stealth
push vanish
you'll unstealth

This is incorrect behavior

Vanishing in stealth should keep you in stealth. Its called "Vanish" not "Appear"

Item can be used with no target and gives the cooldown for the usage.

Can be repeated by this circumstances:

1) Acquire Band of Clandestinity
2) /items build
3) put debuff on hotbar from spell library
4) unselect targets
5) use

A fix would produce an error if no enemy target is ...

To tag onto the investigation, we did have a few brief fights at the keep near the mid dragon as well that had alot of combat. There was combat between albs and mids all day today so its hard to really pin-point what combat it was during (tunnel vision :P). Hope this helps! plz msg ...
