When engaged with a named mob for the Daily Bounties, an enemy realm member can kill you then finish off the mob an you'll still receive credit for that kill. Yesterday I noticed this stopped. Is it a permanent change or a bug?

The current command list seems to be out of date. When I use a treb from inside a keep, i'm unable to fire outside. There is the /groundset assist option, but that requires you to stand at that location. What is the command to set a ground target outside the keep from a distance?
