I could be remembering this incorrectly, but Vanish only purges once its gone. In your video it looks like you still have the vanish 'buff' so its working correctly.

These bolts (crafted or purchased) are delving incorrectly. They are showing as:

Damage: Light
Range: Short
Accuracy: Reduced

But they should be

Damage: X-heavy
Range: X-long
Accuracy: Improved
