With the amount of CC in game, can we reduce the reuse timer on purge? Something Like ...

Purge 1 - 15 min, no 5 sec delay
Purge 2 - 12 min
Purge 3 - 9 min
Purge 4 - 6 min
Purge 5 - 3 min

Sniper Spec 50 Bow, 30 wep, 35 CD, 36 Stealth

Hybrid Spec 46 Bow, 44 CD, 36 Stealth, 24 Wep Better at higher RR, I did well with this at RR4 though

NS RR5 -You envelop yourself in shadows. Opponents have an increased chance to miss and you take less damage in melee.

Guess I'm missing the 5 sec disarm in the description here? If you want to rant about changes make sure you know what your talking about.
