Same issue on a new ranger. Fire shot is still listed as a 7 sec cast speed instead of 5. Ranger also has benthic shot, instead of Entropic.

Midgard Account Vault
Can you move the account vault NPC further from the Porter NPC in Jordheim. The gaggle of people congested in one area makes it hard to target either NPC.
