I get what hes saying. Everyone is so fixated on getting to the end, fast leveling. There is no community. THAT's what made DAoC special.

Just as a test, have everyone in a bg with no buffs. The only thing you can have is speed.
RA Abilities are allowed such MoC IP etc.

EDIT: Please dont make this to cause the server to shutdown like last time. =) Just a test.
