Runemaster root isn't breaking on damage, so far, I've only noticed it on level 3 root and the level 19 root.
my rm isn't 50 yet to give feedback on the other levels.

Edit** steps to duplicate: only working on certain mobs. just confirmed on ancient beech "tree mob" in braemar
