Its more in the way of the long 9 second stun base on the damage outpoint of the class's with 9 second stun your dead before the stun is over this is where the unbalance is.

( Suggestion ) Lower the level of mobs in Spirit Prism down to level 50 due to the fact at times it is hard to find mobs over level 51 this will help minstrel Enthralling Harmony charm due to fact it can only charm level 50 or lower.
