When quickcasting the bainshee nearsight pulse it doesn't put quickcast on a cooldown

• Target mob / player
• quickcast -> nearsight -> quickcast -> nearsight -> quickcast -> nearsight

Same issue here, it seems the whole [chat] section of the characters .ini file is being reset along with any chatwindow variables from [panels], only happened after buying dual spec for a different character

The changes to stop bg templates doesn't work, you can just relog and you gain the stats from every item that shouldn't effect you.

Equip item with higher bonus level than your character level -> relog -> you now have the stats of said item
