Nature of the bug: Avalonian Apparitions at approx. 42k, 33k in Dales of Devwy in the houses by the 40-44 Bounty Hunter quests seem to have no tether range and will chase you forever if you aggro them.

How to reproduce: Aggro an Avalonian Apparition and run away.

Hello Eden team! It recently came to my attention that minstrel pulse charm has a duration of 10s, and not 11s like it did on live at and around this patch level.
