I switched to windowed mode and now my game screen is a small square. On my char selection screen the bottom of my screen is not visible and I have no access to the Options button to switch it back. What do I need to do to go back to full screen mode?

Is there a way to transfer money from Alb to Hib? I was told in game to do /tradeorder, but that did nothing.
