Crafting Spellcraft Sigil tries to make potion instead?

Hi, sorry if the Subject is a bit confusing. So basically what I came across is when I try to craft the raw Finesse war sigil, in my combat log it will state "You do not have the ingredients to make the Strong Elixir of Speed" complete w/ a list of ingredients that do not match the ingredients listed in the delve for said sigil. I have tried unequiping the sigil from my bar and re equiping but still receive the same results. I have provided a picture https://imgur.com/KEXfYpg
