Missing Characters

Took a break from DAOC to play Path of Exile and Diablo 4 seasons. When I logged back in, all my characters are gone? Is there a way to have them recovered?

Try clicking the Play button in the top right here on the Eden website, then go to "Account" and make sure your Default Character Page is set to #1

I'm having the same issue after not playing for a year and reinstalling, logging into my only discord account, and checking every single character page.. all my characters have been lost...

please write a message in Discord for support on this. We can find out which characters belong to which account and get you access to them back.
