Shadowblade RR5 Incorrect

The RR5 ablility blooddrinking that the shadowblade gets has the wrong value for the amount of health returned and should be 30 sec and not 15. According to the char builder in eden it is 60% returned but patch notes show it much lower. I know we are 1.9 and some patches above but this 60% value is from 1.121 which is a huge class change patch including many archery and stealther changes but non that we are using. Below is all the change to this RR5. What patch is eden using?

A new Realm Rank 5 ability has been added to the Shadowblade class. This ability, called Blooddrinking, will cause the Shadowblade to be healed for 25% of all damage he does for 30 seconds, and can be used every 5 minutes.

Shadowblades’ Blooddrinking RR5 realm ability has had its 20% health return on damage dealt increased to 60% and its duration reduced from 30s to 15s.

The RR5 ability, Blooddrinking, now heals 45% of damage dealt instead of 60%, the duration remains 15s.
