Speed of the Hunt (with source)

Hello,

My original post regading the issue with "Greater Speed of the Hunt" was not very clear and lacking a source to back it up.

Item : Greater Speed of the Hunt (BP Item)
Bug : The charge is missing the pet application to the speed (only affecting player character)
