Deserter Curative Mythiran - Concentration increase not applied

Equipping the Deserter Curative Mythirian does not increase the concentration pool as listed in its stats.



Checked if it was a display bug by exhausting the concentration pool and then equipping the Mythirian but no concentration increase was applied and buff could not be cast.



All other bonuses of the mythirian (power regen, buff bonus, cast speed) are applied fine.
