Razed tower captains cannot be damaged

- Steps to reproduce the bug
Raze a tower to the ground. Attack the Tower Captain. Tower Captain paths awkwardly and resets.
- The coordinate of the bug (by using /loc)
Molvik Battlegrounds (Any Tower)
- Anything else that might be helpful
Melee was not able to hit the Tower Captain, however casters were.

This was likely residual issue from viewtopic.php?t=2655
Should already be working or will after next reboot.
