Deserter Underlings in Odin's Gate missing ?

Still not found Deserters in Odin's Gate, and nobody answer when i ask for. I spent more than 1h to roam in the area, no deserters. No red dot on the map.
I found Deserters in Emain and Hadrian without any problem (red dots are on the maps).
What is wrong ?
