Sleeves not showing up when wearing SM dragonslayer torso

Runemaster Midgard, I got the full armor set from dragon. I put the sleeves on and they appear to be the naked default sleeves. now any sleeves I put on do not change anything so my character is stuck with default naked sleeves for ever. I tried swapping many different sleeves into the arms slot to no avail. I tried making an armor pattern and applying it nothing worked. its like the actual arms slot is bugged. I might have to remake my character just to get rid of this.

Please let me know if there is a way to fix this without deleting my toon.

FYI I was able to fix it by creating and applying a pattern for my dragon torso. This fixed the issue.
