Sorc RR5 not working versus archers

Sorc RR5, Shield of Immunity, is not reducing archer damage by 90%. Still getting hit for 250+. I thought it was working during beta. On live it does reduce archer damage by 90%.

Speaking of which, cleric rr5 is working on arrows, and I believe shouldn't be.
