Named NPCs in Forest Sauvage missing for Writ of Valor Albion

For the Writ of Valor Albion task, there are no named npcs in Forest Sauvage that are part of the task. The Midgard and Hibernia Writ of Valor tasks have named npcs in all four frontier zones. Seems like Forest Sauvage is missing it's two named npcs for the task.
