I got it from Jarl killaloe , i also got kill credit for both siege captains and had the quest finished in my questjournal.
But when i talked to Jarl killaloe again to turn it in it doenst work. (i also checked portal keep but nothing)

HI i did the new bg quest today in killaloe with my lvl 19 bonedancer.
I got it from Jarl killaloe , i also got kill credit for both siege captains and had the quest finished in my questjournal.
