Valk Grp DD Proc Buff

The test: Valk red group dd proc at 100 value.

Valk procs on the training dummy do 93 dmg.
Savage group member procs do 25-50 dmg. Both with H2H and with 2h.
Both have 60 piety. Savage has more str & dex.

I think it is looking at odins will spec before calculating the damage. I believe it should be 1.25x delve then reduced for resists.

It works that way in PVE as well, it casts lower than the delve for him (warrior)

The low-level shears are missing
The shears are missing the damage component
DD's have variance (they shouldn't since they are spec spells)
