According to patch notes potion pricing can only occur in multiples of merchant sell value, for the Improved Elixir of Replenishment (lvl 30, 10 charges, merchant sell value 3g 68s) this is not true.

- Potion sell price in housing can now be set to max 'merchant sell value * 10 * remaining charges / max charges'
While we encourage players to pay attention, this is done to reduce the chance of getting scammed.
It can be placed at any value, this is not a pre-patch remnant, it can still be put up like this today.
