after last patch missing 2nd proc on my livid chest, the heal one + si heal procs on all my armor is gone
even items for me on the npc's aren't showing there heal value

Yep, all heal procs from all items regardless of origin seem to be missing. Rog, non rog, and quest all missing heal.

Cosmetic issue only, resolved by reboot.
