Token turn in Bugged on Midgard Lord in Lion's Den

I am unable to turn in tokens in Lion's Den on midgard - that seems wrong but I don't know the original design. I'm fairly certain I've turned in tokens on alb into lion's den lord CK but can't test right no

I was certain to be under level cap when testing, so it's definitely the NPC or Item being rude.

able to confirm it also does not work on Hibernia's Chieftain LeonisKeep (he does not want Trinket of The Lion's Den). This is simply inconsistent with other BGs where the lord does take tokens - that's all I know!
