1. Cloud of Distortion give 1min nearsigh + 1min energy debuff.
2. it can be recast on a NearSight already applied and reapply debuff and refresh the 1min cooldown.
3. it can be recast on immune NS too and same reset the clock during cooldown of the NS.
4. dot 100% crit with (0% chance displayed) but the mentalist confirm that he have wp3 + the 10% base, so it should be 19% displayed. --> i can put an other ticket for this if needed. (not sure if it linked)
5. we do an extra test to cure the NS with a Shaman or a Healer, the NearSignt go in CooloDown as usual, but the energy debuff stay and can be refresh like in point 3.
Mentalist [nearsight] issues
Re: Mentalist [nearsight] issues
Why wouldn't resist debuff be castable on NS immune target?
Re: Mentalist [nearsight] issues
The skill used isn't a resist debuff, its the Nearsight skill who put a debuff in addition to... but its not conditionned to immunity of the primary effect...
Don't you think it's bizzare? There is any other skills who have this behavior?
Its like, if i have a skill who have a snare for effect when the skill conditions is satisfied, and when the skill failled the effect is despite everything applied. It doesn't make sense.
If you wanna be more clear, your should do two separate skill and forget about combo like this. Ifelse the better way is to link condition of the secondary effect on the primary skill condition.
I am not sure if i m enought clear in my statement?
