[Hib] Dragon chest pieces have the default Alb cloth skin when using classic models

BUG:
When Classic models are on, all the dragon-skinned chest items (crafted and looted) on Hib are displayed using the default Alb cloth (light/dark brown vertical stripe) skin. I'd list the items but the DB seems down.

EXPECTED:
On live, they were using the basic skin of high level crafted armor of the relevant type.
