Is this supposed to be the case? I've been testing all the different shot types on a Hunter and Power Shot is the only one that does not appear to have its cast time/draw time reduced by dexterity. It shows a 6.0 second cast time and it takes about that long when firing, while Fire Shot which lists a 7.0 second cast time fires faster.
Is this intended? Is Power Shot the only archery shot that doesn't gain the benefit of reduced casting time from high dexterity?
