This will be the first time I have played under this patch/ruleset and have a couple questions about paladin chants
1. Does the ABS chant over write armor procs and or Vise versa.
2. does the ABS chant value scale with Piety or is it a set value?
3. There are 2 Celerity chants, both Group based, one is a DA and Celerity the other pure Celerity. I'm assuming they don't stack. It will take some testing to see where the break point is between the 2.
4. Which DMG table are they on?

1. You can test this in Beta
2. It should not as far as I know
3. This can be tested in Beta, too. There is a command to show accurate swing speed and other stats
