Amnesia has no effect on Bow -> bug

Hi Eden Staff,

usually amnesia should reset the bow draw state, so that a bow has do be redrawn from the beginning again.
currently amnesia just have no effect on bows, which is not correct.

i have tested with bards lullaby on rangers in duel.

also i am quiet unhappy with the way you handled this request:

because thats just not true.

here you can see that the minstrel flute mezz getting interrupted with bard shout
and i played bard hardcore on live, im 100% sure that amnesia "resets" not "interrupt" instruments and bows as well.

also i am used to "not get endu song on", because someone is hitting me, which interrupts the action to start the "song"

Amnesia has the correct affect on Meele Weapon-Styles (they are forgotten, which results in a unstyled attack).
