Unequippable sapphire seal cloak

Sapphire seal cloak "Superior Accursed Cloak of Bruising" and probably (?) more seal items are unequippable.

I get a message that says "The Superior Accused Cloak of Bruising can't go there!" when I manually drop it on the cloak slot.
If I shift+right click nothing happens. Traded it to Ermac and the same thing happened to him.
I want this tasty piece of cloak for my cathal valley murder suit so its clearly high priority to fix this immediately.

For whomever of the dev team that reading this and that's slightly annoyed by the part about it being high priority - Calm down champ, it was a joke sugarplum. <3
