Bows causing dex breaking debuff to the user.
So, I have two bows. one came from DF farming and the other one I have no idea where I got it from. However, they both are giving me a -5 dex debuff when I equip them. Also it seems my dex is somehow capped at 199 without buffs? Whenever I have no bow equipped my dex is at 198 then I can equip my Adroit Dragonsworn Fortified Longbow that gives +13 dex and this only brings my dex to 199. The same thing happens with my dex when I equip my Fortififying Ebonwood Fortified Longbow.
