Vendo Cavern mobs in floor

In Vendo Cavern dungeon there are a few Goblin Guards that spawn / agro in the floor / walls. We had them follow us through most of the dungeon from Gralf's room and Ursin's room. They would occasionally show up in a hallway and we could kill them but when they respawned they would agro in the floor again. Due to heal agro they would focus on our healer and shaman preventing them from casting.

Same behavior this morning with my group, it doesnt allow us to end the quest.
in attachments is the sector where we get aggro in red square.
Sometimes we were able to make the goblin come to us into the blue square but it was really difficult.
