As reported by some people on the discord, currently, add damage + celerity song only pulse the add damage part, not the celerity part.
Tested and confirmed on lvl 28 Greater Battle Fury from Paladin.

Skald Damage add + celerity combo chant bug
The skald damage add + celerity combo chant appears broken:
The celerity piece activates and then does not repulse along with the damage add repulse and simply goes away instead of staying active.
I thought perhaps it's effect lives on in the background, but it appears that is not the case once i got the 35 and was able to test a bit better with higher stats and pot buffs to notice swing rate accurately.
I played skald back around this era and found a video that also proves this combo chant should not have its celerity piece fade but still count as 1 spell chant slot if needed:

Thanks!

Re: Celerity not pulsing from add damage + celerity song
Looks exactly like skald damage add + celerity combo chant, the celerity nevery stays around/repulses
Re: Celerity not pulsing from add damage + celerity song
Tested both paladin (Greater Battle Fury) and skald (Chant of the Siege) damage add+celerity chants, both working as expected.
