If you cast celerity as a healer it will sometimes trigger one or multiple extra instant casts of celerity that cost 0 power... You can also move around and spam celerity and get instant celerity effect for your group that cost no power as you can see in this video:

Celerity bug
There is a celerity bug in midgard
think it got to do with skalds "soft" celerity
not sure how to reproduce it.
sometimes midgard augH celerity, once casted will cause being a chant.
casting every 4 secs
duration 20 , 19 , 18, 17, 16, recasting like a chant spell 20,... etc

it does not disappear with death, only relog/LD will fix it

Since this hasn't been since in a very long time we assume it was fixed with any of the effect-related patches. Please reopen if seen again.
