Transfering house to guild bugged

when attempting to xfer house to guild:
I as the rank 0 own the house (it was transferred to me and in /house shows as my house now). I purchased a guild transfer deed from market in center of zone. I then drop the guild xfer deed onto the house from the outside/inside walls/inside floors and it does not transfer. The most i got was when dropping it on the outside of the house it says "This is not a porch item"

Hi I followed the information on the help about dropping a guild deed of transfer on the house and it is just giving me the error that this is not a porch item.
