Hello all,
A few days ago I turned /effects to none due to intense BG lag. I've since turned it back to 'all' and while effects from other characters have returned, my wiz bolts are not appearing. I've reinstalled the client, toggled /effects back and forth a few times, and deleted local folders.
Any suggestions?
