Recorder param not working

I don't know if /recorder param has been removed but it's still present in the /recorder info message so I assume it's supposed to work.

Steps to reproduce:
Run the following commands:

• /recorder param assistname jonaror

• /recorder param list

• /target %assistname

Result in combat log:

• Recorder parameter <assistname> set to <jonaror>

• Recorder Parameters:
  - %assistname = jonaror

• You don't see %assistname around here!

Expected result:
Last combat log message should say: 'You target Jonaror.' because that is the name of my character.
Alternatively, for anyone else reproducing: 'You don't see jonaror around here!'

It works if you use it in a recorder. It doesn't work outside recorders.
