Arrows vs VW + Heretic rr5

Hello,

Arrows are currently being blocked by Vw rr5 AND Heretic rr5 which are both opposites (magic vs physical). VWs rr5 should not block magical arrows (like live) as it states physical damage.

I have seen conflicting arguments, do you have proof of this statement?
