TWF not activating when used

Hi, this morning I logged in and have been unable to use TWF. It may have started after the restart between 8-9am GMT.

I place a GT and click TWF and nothing happens.
I have placed a GT out of range and when I click the ability it lets me know the target is out of range - so it knows what I'm selecting.

I have tried removing the ability off my qbar and putting it back on and put it on a different slot and the issue remains.

Just to check it wasn't just an animation issue I stayed still for 5+ seconds after clicking whilst testing and TWF did not fire.

Just to add, I tried a realm respec and the issue remained.

I have seen a few threads regarding volley not working posted by archers, not sure if this is related somehow.

I would like to confirm it, nothing happens. Another RM told it to me also and i am a RM.

A work around has been found.

If you try to use twf with nothing selected it will not work, but if you target something then it will go off.
Not perfect, but it works for the mean while

Since reboot at 19.3 TWF does not work anymore. No Error Message , just no action on press and no disabled icon either.

You can make a target self macro and recorder it with twf to make this seamless.
