A few odd Champion questions

So I recently respecced my Champion from Elf To Shar and I didn't expect the lower power pool to make such a difference. Would it be useful to respec my starting stats and put more in int, or try and gain more power with RR + to int or Ethereal Bond? Or just be more conservative with my casting?

Speaking of which, is it known which delivers more power per RR point - intelligence increase buff or Ethereal Bond?

And finally how concerned do I need to be about my quickness? It's very low and my old temp had almost no + to quick.

Thanks for any help, hard to find any info abut Shars that doesn't relate to DAOC Live.
