Cleaver of Eternal Retribution Not Fully Updated

It looks as if the Cleaver of Eternal Retribution (MIDGARD) has not been fully updated to what its stats should be. It currently has a BASE DPS of 16.2 and cons YELLOW to a level 49 RR2L4 Character. This makes it a level 50 weapon, not a level 51 Weapon like all the other weapons that have dropped with updated stats in Summoner's Hall. In addition the BONUS of the weapon is oddly 33% not 35%.

For reference Shatterbone Axe, the Main Hand counterpart to the cleaver, is showing a BASE DPS of 16.5, making it a properly updated level 51 weapon. Shatterbone Axe cons ORANGE to a level 49 RR2L4 Character. The axe also has 35% BONUS.

Even with RR5L0 unclamping DPS, the Cleaver of Eternal Retribution will still only have 16.2 DPS. I am sure this is a unintentional bug with the item since it has an old archived version and a live version that has been updated. Please see the attached picture showing the comparision of the two items, both Screenshots were captured on that same exact character and merged together. If the picture is not legible, please let me know.
