Disconnected (Connection broken) while killing Witch

Kobold Warrior level 25 25 sword, 18 shield, 17 parry using Svart-Alfar Forged Sword and a blue rog large shield.
As Witch in Myrkwood Forest died I was disconnected and received message (Connection Broken) on the hit esc screen.
