changing resolution under options isn't doing anything

Is this on purpose? My chat spellbars everything are tiny.

Don't think you can rescale custom UIs in general as they have a fixed pixel size, but you can play around with the setting in Windows "Make everything bigger".

Try setting it to 125% and restart the game. If still too small, try 150%.

You can also try changing the resolution in Windows (not in game).

I figured it out.

I had to click on the windowed mode or full screen windowed mode and that let me change the resolution settings in options. Although I'm definitely not in windowed mode so i'm not sure what is going on.
