Some quests are duplicated when going to next step

Quest: Vale of Mularn Explorer: Bounty Hunter
When killing Smyga, the quest was duplicated with 2 quests now appearing on journal:
- one with correct advancement
- one still stuck to previous step
It happened on previous zone too on a multi step quest (don't remember which one).
Double quest disappears when getting the xp for the quest.
