Vulcan's Eye, Vulcan's Charm - items lacking stats

Just like Vulcan's Favor this was dropped in Catacombs of Cardova. No stats, no delve, no equip, but they should have.

Also quick edit: Vulcan's favor was fixed, but on Allakhazam it had 30 charges for craft speed increase for Tailoring/Armorcraft: https://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=32558
The fixed item has the stats but not the charges, don't know if that is intended.

Stats have been fixed. Intended removal of the craft speed charge. Maven the Wise Crafter offers a crafting quest in each capital city where you can obtain a full armor set with these bonuses.
