The current Strength Buff (self) icon in archery is the Hib tree - It should be the fist . Some sources showing the fist icons posted below.

This is consistent for all levels of this self buff
3 Vigorous Will
7 Strength of Will
13 Fortifications of Will
20 Focus of Will
30 Power of Will
39 Force of Will
50 Sovereign Will

The client refer to the Hib tree icon & effect by default for Sovereign Will and the other spells, but yeah there is a buff effect for hib and one for mid/alb, since we use the same spec for all realm we can't use both, so I guess using alb/mid version have more sense.
Will be effective next reboot.
